A deposit of 25% of your total event spend is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining amount to be paid a minimum of 28 days prior to your event.
Should you wish to cancel your event, written notice is required a minimum of 28 days prior to the date of your event. Your deposit will then be held against any expenses incurred in securing services for your event. If these expenses exceed the amount of your deposit – cancellation charges may apply. There is no refund for cancellations made within 28 days of your event.
