I use a room in the Imperial Rowing Club with lovely view of the river. You can bring your own mat but I also provide some too. Classes are run in blocks of five for £50 but if I am mid-course, you are still welcome to join and I will amend the cost of the class. Single classes are £10 each. Equally, if you’re not yet sure about yoga and what it entails, please feel to come along to one class so see what it's all about.
I apprenticed to teach yoga in 2002 in an Ashtanga yoga studio in Paris and I’ve taught ever since. In 2009, I received my 500 hour Yoga Alliance qualification in Australia helping to broaden my yoga knowledge and experience and appreciation of styles. I am insured to teach by Yoga Alliance. I currently teach a huge range of people from Olympic athletes to bakers, from desk dwellers to ex-dancers and I love to teach yoga at any level. It’s wonderful to be able to introduce people to yoga as well as work with people who want to develop their practice. I love yoga so much I created a business called Yoga Will Save the World. I design and create ethical yoga gifts that sell in yoga studios and in online yoga shops around the UK and in Paris.
I can travel to teach most places in Central and south-west London. I currently teach in Putney, Brixton, Waterloo, Chelsea and Marylebone. If you live very far away then there will be a travel charge. I travel everywhere on my bike, Alberto, so tend to get places quicker than most forms of transport.
No deposit is needed for any of my services.
If you cancel within the 24 hours prior to the class, I will charge 50% of the class cost. If you cancel prior to this, no charge will be made.
