I teach group yoga classes in Putney and Brixton, early in the mornings and after work.
I also teach group classes in offices and at people’s homes teaching one-to-one during the day times.
I use a room in the Imperial Rowing Club with lovely view of the river. You can bring your own mat but I also provide some too. Classes are run in blocks of five for £50 but if I am mid-course, you are still welcome to join and I will amend the cost of the class. Single classes are £10 each. Equally, if you’re not yet sure about yoga and what it entails, please feel to come along to one class so see what it's all about.
I travel on my bike around London teaching one to one yoga classes in the comfort of your own home. The prices for a session range from £50 - £70 for an hour depending on what the travel time would be. I also hold one to one classes at my home in Brixton which are £50.
While away your weekday stress with a lunchtime Yoga class at your office! If you have a free space and enough interest from people at work, classes can work out very cheaply. Often businesses will help buy a bunch of yoga mats or subsidise the classes a little. These classes are £70 for the hour, and the cost can be split between the group.
