Hen and birthday parties have given this class their approval. It's a lovely way to learn skills, unleash your creativity, and spend a realxing afternoon making beautiful cupcakes. During the class we’ll cover different techniques and nozzles for piping buttercream frosting, and how to make fondant decorations. Then you'll have plenty of time to be really creative, and decorate 6 cupcakes using colours, glitter, sprinkles and all the techniques we’ve covered. You then take home your cupcakes in a smart presentation box. The event will take place near Swiss Cottage station. Full venue information will be sent to you after your place has been confirmed.
After training in cuisine and patisserie at Le Cordon Bleu, I started my own cookery school in 2010, and have since taught hundreds of people the confidence to create delicious dishes in the kitchen. I was voted runner up 'Best Cookery School Tutor' in the UK Cookery School of the Year Award 2012, and was a finalist 'Best Young Rising Star in the Cookery School Awards 2012. With my relaxed approach, fun teaching style and hearty flavours, my cookery classes have become the cookery school of choice for both private and corporate clients, and for brushing up on your cooking skills whilst smiling at the same time.

Full payment is required to secure your space on private classes. A 50% deposit is required for groups to secure the booking, and the remaining 50% is required no less than a week before the class.
You may change to another cooking class or day provided you notify up to 14 days prior to commencement of a class. Cancellations are not accepted within 14 days of a cooking class. Refunds are not allowed for missed cooking classes or for gift vouchers past expiry dates.
