Whatever you want for your party or event whether it’s hog roasts or canapés, we will work with you to create a bespoke menu for your guests. I will take great care in sourcing the ingredients for your event and bring whatever we need to your venue to deliver a phenomenal catering experience. For larger engagements I may need to bring extra team members at an additional cost. The cost of food is not included in the price.
My passion for good food began 15 years ago and since then, I have built up a wealth of knowledge, skill and catering expertise. Starting at Michelin starred Chapter One, I have worked at the House of Commons, Gordon Ramsey’s Claridges, Roux’s and also with Conran. I struck out on my own in 2011, bringing together all my culinary experience to deliver a unique approach to event and home catering. I combine my love of seasonal offerings and the best produce the land can offer with my desire to deliver a fine dining experience beyond the restaurant. Salt and Slate Catering services are available in the London and Greater London area, including surrounding counties such as Kent and Surrey.
Non-refundable 20% deposit due at time of booking, and remaining amount to be settled at the event.
No refund on deposit once booking is made. Client liable for all costs if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the event.
