Fun and Fabulous Cupcakes for Little Ones: This 3 hour class focuses on learning to make cupcakes that will thrill and delight your children, grandchildren and their friends and put a smile on your face too! Tantalising Tea Party Cupcakes: Ideal for both beginners and those who want to further their skills, this course will help you to develop your cupcakes skills with unique and contemporary design ideas. You will learn to decorate using both sugarpaste and buttercream and will discover the amazing effects that can be achieved using texture mats, moulds and cutters. Introduction to Celebration Cakes: On this course, you will be guided through various techniques and simple design examples to produce your own cake and achieve the confidence to create impressive cakes in the future.This course is ideal whether you are a beginner or whether you have some experience in cake decorating and want to extend your skills. (You will need to provide your own 8” cake for this course).
Growing up I was always creative with a love for baking, but after graduating with a degree in languages and then embarking on a career in accountancy, it wasn’t until after I had my children and started making cakes for their birthdays that I discovered my passion for cake decorating. My business is known for its beautiful custom made cakes and attention to detail. We create cakes for all occasions that are truly personal and unique Our cake decorating classes are carefully designed with our students in mind and the classes are held in small groups so you get plenty of one on one attention. There is lots to learn with plenty of opportunities to ask as many questions as you want throughout the class…. and have a thoroughly fun and enjoyable time.
For cake collection and classes, we are based in Bushey Heath, Herts, WD23. Parties can be organised in your home.
For our cakes, we require a 50% deposit with the remaining 50% to be received 48 hours before collection. For classes, we require full payment in advance to secure your place. For parties, a 50% deposit is required to secure the booking, and the remaining 50% is required no less than a week before the party.
Once a class has been booked and paid for, we are unable to offer any refunds, however, the place can be transferred if you can find someone else to attend in your place. We regret that we cannot move your place on a class to another date after you have booked so please ensure you can attend that date.
