Perhaps you love freshly caught seared scallops or sinfully gooey sticky toffee pudding? In discussion with you, I will create a bespoke menu to leave your taste buds tingling and which will take into account all your guests’ dietary requirements. My prices start from £30 per person (plus cost of food). Exact pricing is dependent on number of people and day of the week. I offer lower prices for Mon-Thurs. and will vary based on number people and complexity of the menu.
I have been a chef for over 22 years and have worked in many top restaurants and Five-Star hotels around the world. In London I’ve worked in both Rules and Bibendum restaurants, along with Five-Star hotels such as the Hyatt Regency and Hilton internationally. I have also been the full time private chef for a prominent London family and hold an internationally recognised Chef Diploma. My hands-on and flexible approach has allowed me to create dishes from a number of different nationalities at the highest level and I love sharing my knowledge in my cooking classes. I enjoy the intimacy of cooking for small groups and have cooked for Prince Philip, the Crown Princess of Denmark, the Countess of Monpezat and Sir Richard Branson. I get no greater satisfaction than seeing a smile on a client’s face after eating one of my meals!
I can cover the whole of London, Essex, Kent and Hertfordshire. I’m also able to travel to other destinations, including overseas, at your discretion. Note: If you live in the London Congestion Zone or I am required to pay for parking - the fee will be an additional charge payable by you to me.
I only charge for the personal chef service. Food is at cost price to you (working to your budget) with all receipts provided. I believe in quality ingredients and having the food at cost price to you means you don't have to cut any corners. I charge a 50% holding deposit once a date and menu has been agreed. Please inform me of changes to numbers as early as possible so that I have enough time to work out portion sizes from quantity of ingredients if already purchased.
If you cancel at least 14 days in advance of the date booked I will offer a full refund. However, if you cancel, change date or change location less than 14 days in advance of the original date booked, I’m afraid I cannot offer a refund as other business opportunities may be compromised.
