A non-refundable 25% deposit is due at time of booking. On artwork proof approval outstanding balance will be due.
No refunds on deposit once booking is made. Due to customised nature, once artwork has been approved and remaining balance paid, then no refunds will be issued unless artwork is damaged in transit. Please advise of any damage within 24 hours and a replacement will be sent on return of damaged artwork.
