I am an award winning chef and published author with over two decades of experience in creating specialised diets dealing with a huge range of food issues. Whether you want increase your energy, manage your weight, discuss food intolerances, alkaline balancing or address more serious health issues, I can help.
The road to better health and taking delicious but healthy food choices is just a phone call away. The telephone consultation usually lasts about an hour and we will discover what you want to achieve through your diet and the ways in which you may be finding it difficult. We’ll look at how to maximise your time and energy so your food really ‘feeds’ you. Our conversation is followed up with my notes (which means you don’t have to make any whilst we are talking) recommendations, individual recipes and a weekly meal planner to get you started. The price includes a later 15 minute follow up call to ensure you are on track.
Learn to create really delicious, healthy food at home with recipes you’ll love. This is a day at home in your kitchen to help make recipes a reality, understand new ingredients and have fun! Invite friends and family to cook and share a meal at the end of the lesson, or keep it for yourself and we’ll fill your freezer! Includes all ingredients and recipe packs. Usual timetable is 10am-2pm finishing with a late lunch, with plenty of time for questions. Depending on the size of your kitchen... up to 5 people - larger groups negotiable.
Share your enthusiasm for healthy cookery with friends or a local group. I am happy to come and give a talk and answer questions on the obstacles in the way of achieving a healthier diet to you and your local community. Whether belong to a Health Support Group, gym, WI, Health Spa or Leisure Centre, or Book Club, numbers are no problem problem – I’ve talked to groups of 5 to 500. Travel costs are not included in the price and, of course, you provide the venue.
Whether you want to gift someone a cookery class or want a delicious healthy private dining experience, I offer a wide range of services. Whatever you want, be it weekly/monthly cookery classes to build knowledge and confidence for a group or individual, or a unique private dining experience, I can accommodate most requests.
