Includes face to face meeting and full proposal with 3D mockups where appropriate. We will visit you (at your home or place of choosing) and discuss in depth your ideas, we will then create a shopping list for you to pick the elements that you would like at your event. You’re welcome to take these ideas and bring them to life yourself, or continue working with us to handle it for you. If you choose to continue with us, the consultation fee is refunded against your event management fee. Consultation starts at £180.
My love of music provided my introduction to the industry. I began as a DJ for private events, birthday parties & weddings. This led to DJing in clubs whilst at university and subsequently into club promotion. From there, I moved onto corporate events and finally returning to also produce private events five years ago. I have had the privilege of working with the best in our industry for a number of years. During that time I’ve worked on parties all over the world for a whole range of clients. I also run a function band who combine some of the industry’s most talented singers and musicians. No event is confirmed until the deposit is paid and the contract returned. I require a 50% deposit and the balance five days before the event. Venue finding and Event planning consultation must be paid for in full, in advance.
Cancellation will only be accepted in writing with proof of posting, with the date of cancellation being accepted as the date of posting.I will confirm the cancellation via return letter or email. If you do not receive a reply within 48 hours, do not assume that your event has been cancelled. I operate the following cancellation procedure with regard to fees: 30 Days proir to event - 100% of Event Cost; 31 - 90 Days prior to event - 50% of Event Cost; 90 Days prior to event - 25% of Event Cost
