I have supplied specialist catering services to the Green Party of England and Wales, Westminster Council and even for the anniversary of Covent Garden. When I started to produce pâtisserie at a low cost for specialist diets, I don't think I could have ever imagined the way people look at the food and their reaction, which is largely: "Is that actually Vegan?" I specialise in pâtisserie largely because it is an area that many vegans and those with dietary requirements miss out on, it is the area where my skills in producing chocolate eclairs, beignets, profiteroles and pastries such as mille-feuille are most appreciated. My main passion is being able to produce food at a low cost to you, as it is often sad when it's assumed that you have to pay a huge mark-up for quality. My passion has been to beat this assumption and help you to assimilate it into your special occasion.
I can cover all of London, as long as it is near a tube-stop or in Zones 1 - 6. Travel-expenses are included in the price of the package.
I ask for 20% of the price agreed once booking has been confirmed. The rest of the amount owed may be payed on the day of consultation or up to a week before via Paypal or other methods.
Once the booking is confirmed we can only refund the deposit up to 48 hours afterwards, otherwise the fee is non-refundable. If your event is smaller or larger than anticipated then any agreed price change can be refunded or charged as needed.
